Mind Body Dance offers Bellydance classes & workshops in comfortable and friendly venues as well as Nutrition & Fitness coaching services.  

Classes start off slowly, allowing every student to learn the core moves and increase fitness & co-ordination.  Over a short period of time, you will be undulating those hips and adding grace to your body!
