Policy 

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
  
• It is assumed that your health is in good condition prior to attending a class
  
• No children allowed in classroom unless they have paid to take a class.  It is the parents' responsibility to manage their child inside & outside of the classroom
  
• Please respect the learning environment of all participants
• You cannot partake in a class without upfront payment, unless agreement has been made with managemnt prior to commencement of class
• Please let your teacher know if you are pregnant or suffer from a serious injury

Refunds & Make-up classes

• Strictly no refunds once the term commences.  In exceptional circumstances where the student can provide a medical certificate, the balance of classes can be deferred to the next term only
• Bellydance pack has validity dates displayed - it is your responsibility to check this
  
• Classes still run on public holidays
  
• Class timetables may change at any moment - it is your resonsibility to check for updates (regular emails will be sent to you for all changes and updates incurred)
