| Comfort is key
- Leggings
- tracksuit pants/yoga pants
- unrestrictive clothing
- long skirts
- singlet/T'shirt are all acceptable
Bare feet or jazz shoes/jiffies are all fine. No runners or heels to be worn during class sessions.
No socks to be worn whilst dancing.
And don't forget your water bottle!!!
What you need
- Desire to do something for yourself
- Ability to participate on a weekly basis
- Desire to have fun & laugh
- Ability to take in new information
- Abundance of enthusiasm
- Anything that shakes & sparkles to get you in the mood
