Comfort is key

  • Leggings
  • tracksuit pants/yoga pants
  • unrestrictive clothing
  • long skirts
  • singlet/T'shirt are all acceptable
Bare feet or jazz shoes/jiffies are all fine.  No runners or heels to be worn during class sessions.

No socks to be worn whilst dancing.

And don't forget your water bottle!!!

What you need

  • Desire to do something for yourself
  • Ability to participate on a weekly basis
  • Desire to have fun & laugh
  • Ability to take in new information
  • Abundance of enthusiasm
  • Anything that shakes & sparkles to get you in the mood
